- There are projects that stretch across Corktown, North Corktown, Hubbard, Hubbard-Richard
- 2 square miles
- twice as large as the usual LISC area
- its all in District 6
- close to corktown corridor
- Goals of the Quality of Life Plan
- Stimulate economic dev
- Increase family economy + wealth
- foster safe + healthy environments
- build the physical environment
- improve to quality education
- Process
- desire (process, logistics)
- discovery (data gathering)
- decide (vision, strategies, priorities)
- documentation (plan development, plan presentation)
- Projects should be feasible

- DHDC is not on the Advisory Board for LISC

- There will be an application process for the $25,000
- And a vetting process for the long term process
