District Six Spotlight:
- Action Item- Phil Clark and Mary Clare are going to fill out the form
- Update: Mike filled it out
501c3 designation:
- Starting a working group- Phil and Marlena are members.
- Action Item- Mike is going to invite other residents to join.
- Update: later in the meetings
- Monte- Use Clark Park (from Donovan)
EMT Letter:
- Might want to still write a letter on increasing EMT workers even though the station has said not to have been closed.
- Action Item: Joel is going to meet with them and find out what exactly is happening.
- Update: Joel waiting on the meeting time

Neighborhood Yard Sale:
- Martha created a document
- Costs are too much
- Myett: What is the purpose? Wants to be a part of the committee.
- Audrey: would be interested
- Myett: turn into a block party and close the street
- Four people voting for a different weekend
- Myett: Can people sell things they made?
- Monte: would they have to take out a vendor’s license?
Action Items:
- Marlena: Will follow up with SW Solutions
- Mary Clare: Will check to see if Clark Park is available
- Starting a new committee
- Mike is going to connect interested parties with Martha
HFNA Development Discussion:
- Monte: framed letter around voting rights- wants people to own their homes.
- Myett: Do we punish the renters because it will benefit the homeowners?
- Marlena: has worked on this in other cities, important to have renters a part of the community.
- Mathew: Residents don’t vote in board elections and not enough people run.
- Mike: Want to be a representative, but we aren’t.
- Mary Clare Duran: Why do we need to knock ourselves out to get more people, if nobody shows up?
- Marlena: Haven’t been given the go-ahead on bylaws.
- Mike: Wants to determine if we want to be that type of body before we make bylaws.
- Amy: Bylaws have been adopted.
- Greenspaces has great comms
Action Items:
- Create comms committee

- Update website- create microsites?

- Make the development tracker part of the website
Government Updates:
- Joel (GSR): Have a coffee hour and office hours coming up will send out flyers. Recruiting for GDYT.
- Ekanem (State Senator Erika Giess):Repro rights passed and signed, right to work repealed, gun laws passed. Mayor Duggan is looking for funding for several things. Hosting coffee hour soon.
Committee Updates:
Green Spaces Committee: We are having a Spring Planting at the HF Garden next Saturday- April 29th at 3:00 PM EST. We are also having a planning meeting on the 11th of May- let me know if you are interested in planning the HF Progressive Dinner Party.
