Next Steps● Make a list of vacant properties that could potentially be sent to city for rehabbed + ready – as a to do for summer social ● Reach out to Stephanie Chang if you are concerned about Detroit car insurance ● Have Mike Smith attend meeting to discuss Invest Detroit’s plans – Deb Invited ● Rachel follow up with thank you (to Rico, Ninfa, Vicki, + Mayor) ○ Amy will reach out Spring Clean Up ● We did a clean up ○ Low turn out ○ But we had a lot done ○ Picking up trash – many bags ○ Recorded about 17 properties that are potentially occupied ● Everyone should look the list over and put their notes on the spreadsheet ● Review between now and next meeting ● Include Broderick, Murray, Y Center on a commercial list ● Lots where dumping is a problem: next to Broderick, next to church on W.
