Inkwell Partners, which has completed several major renovations of multi-family buildings within Hubbard Farms, responded to the City of Detroit’s RFP for the vacant parcels located on the northeast corner of W Grand Blvd and Porter.
In 2023, after an iterative design process, a final design was approved.
This project is currently pending funding in order to move forward. When there are updates received, they will be posted. Below is a summary of the current approved design and conceptual rendering.
