- Welcome and Introductions
- Board: Matt Fogarty, Zeb Smith, Mike Smith, Adriana Zuniga

Board Update:
- President transition and board by-laws
- Nominate Mike as board president.
- Open it up and we as a board
- Email about nominations. A little bit about what the time obligation is.
- Include mission and value from by-laws.
- Dedicate that day for month.
- 13 board members.
- Need a secretary. Zeb will consider.
- Board needs diversity. Almost everyone who showed up tonight was white and privileged.
Deb nominated Caton. Deb nominates herself too.

2023 calendar notifications – avoid meeting conflicts
- Post quarterly.
2023 outlook – internal capacity assessment and both low-hanging and aspirational goals
Resident Issues
- Bob Anderson – 9 points code of conduct. Email out to list for people to digest.
- No provision for enforcement. Self-governing and education.
- Board – Deb handed out things that promoted the board like magnets! Janet: loved them, in English AND Spanish.

Committee Updates – leading into Beautification Committee celebration
- Neighborhood Beautification Committee
- Need to do winter cleanups to get ready for spring.
- Might even plant bulbs.
- More ideas – what do people want to see?
- Added tulips and a few other things.
How does this overlap with Vinewood property?
Janet needs help with rat issues.
- Wants a rat presentation.
- Not just compost, but trash as well.
- Also, what about progressive dinner?
Janet to ask Ashley Atkinson to speak on rat problems and mitigation.
2023 schedule:
- Winter garden cleanup on 1/14.
- Progressive party on 3/15. People say later.
- One course on every block. A single house hosts, all neighborhoods at that house do that. Then salad/soup house.
Spring cleanup on 3/25.
Planting on 3/29
May 21 summer planting.
Welcome to summer community dinner – June 8.
End of summer community dinner on 8/24.
