Dear neighbors,

We had a fun hybrid meeting for December, with a mix of people in-person at 1205 Hubbard (thank you for hosting Rachel and Thea!) and those online. It seemed to work well – does anyone want to host January?
Additionally, we’re looking for board nominations. We only have 7 of our 13 spots filled after some recent resignations. Nominees will be voted on by existing board members and serve in an interim capacity until an election by our residents can occur again this April. If you have interest, please email me the person’s name, a short bio, and a few sentences about why they’re interested in serving. Requirements are minimal: come monthly to our board meeting, put in a small amount of time the rest of the month (typically 1-2 hours at most), and most importantly, be passionate and compassionate about your neighborhood and fellow neighbors!
Following this email, Bob Anderson will share a code of conduct for our neighborhood email list and I’ll follow up in the coming weeks with a calendar invite to place HFNA meeting holds for the remainder of the year.
Thank you!
– Mike
