July 10th meeting (Clark Park):

• Prep for July 10th meeting, event will start at 6:30, agenda starts rolling at 7:30pm
• Agenda elements:
  • Agenda includes time for break-outs by committees (housing, safety, etc., etc.)
    • We need coordinators for safety
    • And possibly also housing . . . . Christina deRoos wants to be out liaison to SwSolns?
      • Need for a good squatter 2 doors s. of where amy/Anthony live. Deb will put a call out to do some boarding up of the green house (?!). They’ve given Rico information.
      • Also: just to south of Wiltshire (Thompson investments . . . ) – 5 years delinquent
      • Soon: opening up b
    • What is the Arts committee up to?
    • Clean-and-safe (Danny)
      • Celebrate clean-up of Hubbard/Vernor lot
    • Afterglow at . . . . Armando’s patio? (Deb will ask about an afterglow 🡪 ask for Cecilia. Can we get some sort of deal?)s
    • Door prize. Tickets? Rachel will ask Green Dot to donate something. Backup (Peter? Or Deb?) Café con leche.
  • Community (citizens?) Advisory Council folks want to report out . . . . 
  • HF Neighbors have been meeting since last year (as a steering committee, strategic planning, etc.). In order to move forward and legitimize the group, we need to incorporate and get a solicitation license to try to get funds, etc. So for this, we’ll need:
    • The next six meetings are (x, y, z) 🡪 first Monday of each month at 7pm
      • First Monday in August – August 4th, 2014
      • September 8th, 2014 (Labor Day is the 1st . . . . ) 🡪
    • Broader meetings are on the:
      • September 18th
      • November something . . . 
  • Vista update? (SW needs to have their own meetings . . . )s
• Bring a dish or bring a small donation
